Paul Winters Scholarship
Paul began his career as an environmental engineer in the automotive industry before joining the City of Ann Arbor in 1994. As a public housing official, Paul cared deeply for tenants. He later worked for the Building Department, ensuring tenant safety as a housing inspector. He was a great listener who always had a ready smile and caring words.
The scholarship covers the registration fee for the annual summer conference.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be a member of the Michigan Association of Housing Officials and in good standing. Email [email protected] before the application deadline to be considered for the scholarship.
